Don’t fix one thing unless you want to fix five.
I am slowly realizing with a house that you should not do something unless you are prepared to do about five more things. Today my father and I were going to paint and install the chair rail at the house. While I was at the house waiting for him I noticed that the radiator in Seda’s room was cold. I told my father and after we purchased the lumber and brought it back to the house he checked it out and decided to bleed the line and get the air out. We then proceded to bleed all of the radiators and upon closing the one back up it would not stop leaking. We decided to unscrew and screw it back in. We did this twice and on the third try, pop splash! The stopper popped out and water came rushing out. Luckily we were prepared with a bucket.
