The new Kindle 2 lets you download books via it’s free G3 wireless in under 60 seconds. That in and of itself is amazing. You don’t have to seek out a wifi hotspot to get your copy of Twilight or the New York Times.
Although I don’t have one the thing that has got me thinking about it is that ” With the new Text-to-Speech feature, Kindle can read every book, blog, magazine, and newspaper out loud to you”. With two little ones that keep me on the run this would allow me to listen to a book while cooking dinner or in the car and with 60 second downloads OTA I would never be caught without something to read in a spare moment of quiet.
