Delicious buttery warm no-bake caramel corn in minutes!
In a heavy pot combine the butter, brown sugar and corn syrup.
Cook the mixture on medium low heat. You can give it a little jiggle every now and then but do not stir!!!!!
Once large bubbles start forming and popping start a timer for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes the mixture shoudl be a golden browm. Remove the pot from the heat and sir in the 1/2 tsp of baking soda. The mix will get bubbly and fluffy.
Quicly addthe caramel to the popped opcorin in batches, stirring between each add.
Stir well to combine and let sit until cool.
