Election day is upon us. Regardless of political affiliation it is important that you get out to vote, help others around you get to the polling places and if you’re a parent make sure to take your kids! My husband is taking our children with him this morning and I am taking them with me this afternoon. They will get a double dose of democracy today! If you don’t know where your polling place is go to https://www.google.com/elections/ed/us/vote and enter your address.  

Tonight we will watch the returns as a famaily with our “How to Become President of the U.S. Poster” taped up next to the TV! We will continue the discussions that we’ve had for the last several months about the views on both sides and the Electoral College as we watch and count electoral votes. This my friends is unschooling at it’s finest!
