The girls really planned ahead this year and have been anxiously waiting for fathers day ever since we picked up these awesome Star Wars pancake molds two weeks ago. They decided to surprise my hubby with breakfast in bed Star Wars style. (using this recipe of course). Breakfast was served on a Smurf tray from when I was a kid with a nice tall iced mocha. He loved it!
