I purchased a bag of felted sweater scraps the other day, not really knowing what I’d do with them but figuring I could do something.  Last night I broke into it and looked around the web for options.  I found some great ideas but eventually decided to make a trivet. I followed the directions over at Crafty Pod and here are the results.
