Alright, I need to get back in the habit of updating this thing.
Things are well. We finaly have our washing machine/sink drain in the basment fixed and can do wash agian but now our washer’s leaking. Will cleaned off the roof so we no longer have stuff growing on it and I have a plan to eek out a few more feet of grass in our way too tiny backyard.
We are still trying to sell our love seat and chair and a half but have no takers.
Thank you for updating. I do read it, and even mundane stuff is interesting to friends. Or, at least, friends like me.
Ah… the joys of home ownership! If the appliances came with the house they might be covered under your home warranty if you got one. We had one in Prospect and it saved our butts too many times to count, including with the now infamous “dryer fiasco”…

No home warrenty unfortunately 🙁 We did purchase pipe insurance with the water company though because we have really old pipes.
