We had the home inspection yesterday. My dad, realtor and I all were there with the home inspector for three hours as he piled one defect after another ontop of one another. The house needs about $10000 worth of work just to make sure that it’s safe for the kids to live in. As we went through I just kept seeing every weekend and every dollar that we make being sucked into the house. I think that this was a good thing though because faced with all of the work I really don’t think that we can handle a house that needs alot of work. There was a townhouse for sale that we might take another look at. I’ll post some pics of the house just for fun.
